The Procura Consulting team provides a range of professional services that help clients improve operational performance and profitability - from identifying and evaluating opportunities for savings, to implementing and managing category-specific cost reduction programmes.
In the majority of our projects we apply a success based fee model (based on a percentage of the savings delivered across a 12 month period) ensuring that significant returns are delivered rapidly prior to clients obtaining full advantage of reoccurring savings in subsequent years.
